S7-1500 watchdog after a TIA V19 download — cell stays in STOPPress shop, S7-1500, TIA Portal V19. After a small OB1 edit the CPU comes up then drops to STOP with a diagnostic buffer pointing at a cycle watchdog. No new hardware. Anyone seen this on a Comfort Panel HMI that still talks V17 tags?

Kinetix 5700 following error on a hemming roller after a weekend power hitControlLogix L85, Studio 5000 v34. Axis was fine Friday. Monday it faults MAG following error on the first index. Brake looks good. Encoder cable was reseated. Scaling untouched. Where do you start without tearing the mechanical side apart?

Weld touchups creeping back on a KUKA + TIA cell we thought was doneIndustry 5.0 loop is on. Two weeks clean, then a 1.2 mm drift on the flange on shift 3. Tool load didn't change. Base calibration looks the same. Is this a TCP, a positioner, or the process heat?

EtherNet/IP scanner dropping a 1794 rack every 47 minutesCompactLogix, 14 nodes, managed Stratix. One POINT I/O rack drops, comes back, no duplicate IP. IGMP snooping is on. Looking for a packet capture filter that actually found this for someone.
