Hands-free optimization — what we refuse to let the loop change
The question
We're piloting adaptive weld on a KUKA cell. Safety rated speed, torch stickout, and fixture clamps — those stay human. What else do you lock so the learning doesn't 'help' you into a crash?

Lock TCP identity, user frames, and any offset that can walk into a clamp. The loop may trim process and a small path window. It does not own safety or the fixture. That's the KUKA + TIA prototype we run, expanding to FANUC, ABB, and Logix. No more weld touchups. No more robot touchups. Period.
