Which PLC and robot platforms do you program?
Siemens, from Step 5 and Step 7 through TIA Portal, S7-1200, and S7-1500; Allen-Bradley, from PLC-5 and SLC 500 through ControlLogix and CompactLogix in Studio 5000; Beckhoff, TwinCAT 3 with EtherCAT I/O and motion; and KUKA, FANUC, and ABB robots. Can you migrate a PLC that is end of life?
Yes: PLC-5 to ControlLogix, SLC 500 to CompactLogix, S7-300 and S7-400 to S7-1500, and Step 5 to S7-1500 in TIA Portal, planned while the old hardware still runs and cut over in your outage window.
Do you set up drives?
Yes. PowerFlex and Kinetix on Allen-Bradley systems, SINAMICS on Siemens systems, and SEW and other third-party drives: install, setup, and optimization on the floor.
Do you work on industrial networks?
Yes. EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, and TCP/IP, with I/O checkout on the floor. The industrial networks reference lists device files, ports, and the official specifications.
Do you program HMIs?
Yes. FactoryTalk View ME and SE on Allen-Bradley, WinCC and Comfort Panels in TIA Portal on Siemens, and TwinCAT HMI on Beckhoff. In a migration, PanelView Standard terminals, OP and TP panels, and WinCC flexible projects move to current software.
Do you program Ignition?
