KUKA · FANUC · ABB
Robot programming, offline simulation, and EOAT.
Cell programming
Repeatable high-accuracy paths or flexible, vision-guided work, from hemming and roller cells to body and assembly programs.
Offline programming
The cell, the robot, and the fixtures mapped graphically before anyone climbs the cage. What to send for a simulation.
Platform support
KUKA, FANUC, and ABB. WorkVisual, RoboGuide, RobotStudio. KRL, FANUC TP, and RAPID. Multi-robot cells included.
End-of-arm tooling
Weld guns, spray, grinders, grippers, vacuum, magnets. We build EOAT in-house or modify what you have.

- How many robots per body-shop cell before the PLC scan is the bottleneck?
- KUKA interrupt fires twice on the same skip — path jerks, then continues
- FANUC TP program — skip/jump that only fails on the second cycle
- FANUC BG Logic vs a TP loop for a clamp interlock — where do you put it?
- ABB MultiMove calibration drifted after a tool change — which cal do you rerun?

Robot programming, answered.
Which robot brands do you program?
KUKA, FANUC, and ABB, in WorkVisual, RoboGuide, and RobotStudio, with KRL, FANUC TP, and RAPID. Multi-robot cells included.
Can you program the cell offline before you come on-site?
Yes. We map the cell, the robot, and the fixtures graphically and simulate the program offline before anyone climbs the cage.
Do you program the PLC that runs the robot cell?
Yes. A lot of cell problems live at the boundary: the robot is waiting on the PLC, the PLC is waiting on the robot, and each vendor points at the other. We program both sides: KUKA, FANUC, and ABB robots, and Siemens (TIA Portal, S7-1500) or Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix, Studio 5000) cell logic, plus the safety and network layers in between (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP). One team owns the handshake.
Which customers have you done robot work for?
Robot work on our customer list includes multi-robot cell production support, robot teaching, and commissioning for body and assembly programs (thyssenkrupp TKAE / TKAB); multi-robot cell production support and robot commissioning (Robert Bosch LLC, Charleston, SC); hemming and roller cells, robot and PLC commissioning and launch support (Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Vance, AL); and on-site robot and PLC support through production (Volvo).
Do you work on multi-robot weld cells?
Yes. Multi-robot cell production support, robot teaching, and commissioning for body and assembly programs, at automotive plants and their integrators.
Do you build end-of-arm tooling?
Yes. Weld guns, spray, grinders, grippers, vacuum, and magnets. We build EOAT in-house or modify what you have.
What should I send with a robotics RFQ?
Describe the cell: the robots, the fixtures, the motion you need, and the outage window. Attach layouts or drawings with the form on this page. Line down? Call (877) 790-4697, 24/7, subject to personnel availability.

Describe the cell.
Platform, symptom, and outage window. It lands in the sales inbox, and we come back with a plan, not a brochure.
New customer? Send a competing quote too, and we will tell you if we can come in 15% under it.
