How is a plan priced?
Each plan is quoted for your plant, based on the lines covered, the support hours included, and the checkup schedule, and agreed in writing.
Does a plan include support hours?
Yes. Every plan includes a block of support hours, sized to the lines it covers and written into your plan.
What does “dedicated engineer” mean?
On Tier 3, one named engineer is assigned to your plant. That engineer is your first contact, does your checkups, and keeps your plant record. When your engineer is out, another engineer works from the same record, subject to personnel availability.
Does a plan change how quickly you get to us?
On-site timing is the same on every call: We aim to be on site within 4 hours locally and 24 hours stateside, subject to personnel availability. A plan gives your calls priority, subject to personnel availability. It does not change who is available or how far the plant is.
Do we need a plan to call the line-down number?
No. Any plant can call (877) 790-4697, 24/7, subject to personnel availability. A plan adds priority and, on Tier 2 and Tier 3, scheduled checkups.
How long does a plan run?
For a set term, written into your plan when you sign up, along with the support hours included and the checkup schedule.
Can we move to another tier later?
Ask us. A tier change is written into your plan.
