Legal: Facebook and Instagram data deletion.
How to remove TS SlackerStack Portal’s access to Facebook and Instagram, and how to ask us to delete what it holds. Effective October 13, 2026.
What the app keeps
TS SlackerStack Portal is TS Controls’ internal desktop software. When the account owner connects the Facebook Page and its Instagram account, the app keeps these on TS Controls’ own PC:
- the Page sign-in token, in the PC’s protected credential storage (never in plain files);
- the connected Facebook Page’s and Instagram account’s IDs and names;
- for posts made through the app: the captions, each post’s status, the Facebook and Instagram post IDs and links, and the publishing log.
Disconnecting in the app removes the token and the Page and Instagram account details. The post history and the publishing log stay until you ask us to delete them. The app doesn’t read comments, messages, followers or insights. More in the app privacy notice.
Remove the app’s access
- In the app. Open TS SlackerStack Portal, go to Outreach, then Social calendar, then Linked accounts, and choose Disconnect. This removes the sign-in from the TS Controls PC only. Posts already scheduled on Facebook still publish unless you cancel them first in the app’s calendar or in Meta Business Suite.
- On Facebook. Open Settings, then Business integrations, find the TS Controls app for this software, and remove it. This ends its access on Facebook’s side, including to an Instagram account connected through that Page.
- On Instagram. If the app is listed under Website permissions, then Apps and websites, remove it there too.
Ask us to delete the data
To have TS Controls delete the Facebook or Instagram data the app holds for your account, send a request through our contact page with the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account. We’ll delete that Page’s or account’s details, its post IDs and links, the captions and the publishing log entries from the TS Controls PC, including the app’s backup copies there, and confirm by email when it’s done.
This website
The sign-in page on this website (/oauth/meta) only passes a finished sign-in to the app on the PC; nothing on that page sends it anywhere else. What the website itself collects is in our website privacy policy.
