These terms

ts-controls.com is run by TS Controls (“we”). By using the site you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Engineering services

The site describes our services in general. A reply to an RFQ or RFI is not a contract. Engineering work is governed by the written quote, purchase order or agreement we sign with you, and that document controls if it differs from anything on the site.

Technical content is general information

Field notes and answers on The Floor, whether from TS Controls or from members, are general information about common faults. They are not an assessment of your machine. Check them against the manufacturer’s documentation and your plant’s procedures before acting, follow lockout/tagout, and never change or bypass a safety system without a qualified review. For work on your line, send an RFQ.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 to create an account, and 18 to enter the giveaway.
• Give accurate information, keep one account per person, and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

Posting on The Floor

• Be useful. No spam, sales pitches or copied answers.
• Do not post anything confidential or under NDA, plant IP addresses, passwords, or other people’s personal information.
• Nothing unlawful, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give TS Controls a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, show, copy and reformat it on the site and in material about the site. We may edit posts for format and remove any post.

Company Store

Prices are in US dollars and are confirmed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Printed items are made to order and shipped by Printful; other items ship from TS Controls. Orders ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. If an item cannot be supplied, we will cancel it and refund what you paid for it. For questions about an order, including returns, email sales@ts-controls.com with the order number.

Giveaway official rules

Sponsor. TS Controls, sales@ts-controls.com. The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Sony Interactive Entertainment, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. PlayStation and Grand Theft Auto are their trademarks.

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances, and Company Store purchases add no points.

Who can enter. Legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older when they enter. Employees of TS Controls and their immediate families cannot enter. Void where prohibited.

When. Entries close at 11:59 p.m. Eastern on March 1, 2027. The site’s server clock is the official clock.

How to enter. Create a free account and press Enter the giveaway on the giveaway page. One entry per person. Entering from more than one account disqualifies the person.

How the winner is chosen. This is a contest decided by contribution, not a random drawing. The winner is the eligible member with the most points on the leaderboard when the giveaway closes; points are listed there and stop counting at the close. Before choosing, TS Controls reviews the board and removes points earned through spam, copied answers, duplicate accounts or anything else that breaks these terms. If two members tie, the member whose account was created first wins.

Prize. One PlayStation 5 Pro (2 TB) with a DualSense controller, and one copy of Grand Theft Auto VI for PlayStation 5. If Grand Theft Auto VI is not available in stores when the winner is confirmed, it ships once it is. No cash alternative. If a prize is unavailable, TS Controls may substitute one of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

Winner. TS Controls emails the winner at the address on their account within 14 days after the close. The winner must reply within 7 days and confirm they are eligible; otherwise the next eligible member on the board is contacted. With the winner’s agreement, TS Controls may post their display name on the site.

General. If fraud, a technical fault or anything else outside our control affects the giveaway’s fairness, TS Controls may cancel, pause or change it as far as the law allows. TS Controls’ decisions about eligibility and points are final. Entry information is used as the privacy policy describes.

Our content and other trademarks

The site’s text, images, video and logos belong to TS Controls or its licensors; please ask before using them commercially. Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell Automation, KUKA, FANUC, ABB and the customer names on the site are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify platforms and plants. Their use does not mean they endorse TS Controls.

Other sites

Links to other sites, such as Stripe, Printful and social media, are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms.

No warranty, and limits

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, TS Controls is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using the site, The Floor or the information on them. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Liability for engineering work is set by the agreement for that work.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new effective date, and using the site after that means you accept it.
