PROFINET device name lost after a switch replacement — ET200SP won't assign
The question
Replaced a Scalance. Devices come back except one ET200SP that refuses the name. LED is the name-not-assigned blink. Primary AR is fine on the others. Topology is drawn. What actually stuck the name for you — Primary Setup Tool, TIA accessible devices, or a power cycle order?

Accessible devices, assign name, then power-cycle that IM only. If the old name is still cached on a leftover neighbor, topology assignment fights you. Temporarily turn off 'assign name via topology,' set it, then turn topology back on. Also check you didn't reuse a name from the scrap switch's old port.
