The question
Not a vendor pitch. If you could change one thing about alarms on your floor — nuisance, priority, horn, HMI color — what is it, and did anyone actually get ops to live with the new rule?

Kill duplicate alarms that fire from the same root. We had 14 horns for one well pump. One alarm, one cause, one action. Ops accepted it when we showed the print of 400 alarms on a single trip. Priority 1 only if someone has to walk.
