How to ask a fault-code question so someone can actually help
The question
I see posts that are just 'AL009 help.' I also write those at 2 a.m. What is the minimum kit — platform, rev, what you already tried — that gets an answer instead of a guess?

Platform, firmware, exact code, when it started, what changed, what you already swapped. One photo of the diagnostic buffer or HIM, not a mystery. No plant name, no IP, no customer part program. The Floor is for the cell. Control.com and r/PLC are extra eyes. Same rules there.
