SolaHD comm card — link light on, no registers
The question
SolaHD PSU with the comm option in a robot cell. Link is green. PLC MSG times out. DIP switches match the drawing from 2019. Has the register map moved on a firmware, or am I hunting a silent protocol mismatch?

Those cards shipped with Modbus RTU and a later Ethernet option that looks the same in the bucket. Confirm the exact comm daughterboard. If it is RTU, 8-N-1 vs 8-E-1 is the usual ghost. If Ethernet, the default gateway on the card is often 0.0.0.0 and the MSG still ARP-fails. Ping from the PLC subnet first.
